Welcome to our Village.

We’re Paskael and Shyreese Tyiska, a husband and wife team and the heart and soul of Village Values. Our partnership in life and in work is the foundation of this center, and we aim for it to be an extension of what love, teamwork, and purpose can create. This center is a silent ode to our love for each other and our community.

We saw a need in our community for a place that felt as safe, loving, and nurturing as a grandparent’s home, but with the structure, expertise, and resources of a professional learning center. Our goal is to be your trusted partners in your child’s earliest and most important years, creating a foundation of confidence, curiosity, and community that will last a lifetime.

Co-Founder | Community & Mentorship

My passion has always been in building strong communities and mentoring others to see their own potential. At Village Values, my role is to ensure our center is a pillar of support for everyone who walks through our doors. I manage our operations, lead our community partnership initiatives, and run our internship program. I believe that by mentoring the next generation of caregivers and connecting our families with valuable local resources, we strengthen the entire village.

Shyreese Tyiska

Co-Founder | Director & Lead Educator

As a lifelong educator, my heart is in the classroom, watching a child’s eyes light up when they make a new discovery. I design and lead our play-based curriculum, ensuring every activity is not just fun, but purposeful. My focus is on the individual developmental journey of every child, from our infants to our preschoolers. I am here to be your primary resource for your child’s educational and emotional growth, celebrating every milestone with you.
